P2E are proud to work in partnership with Blaenau Gwent CBC and UK Government to deliver our NEET and Adult Employability Programme funded by the Community Renewal Fund, providing a joined-up approach to tacking youth and adult economic inactivity and unemployment throughout Blaenau Gwent.

The NEET and Adult Employability Programme will provide

  • Fully funded accredited qualifications such as

    • Level 1 Health & Safety in Construction

    • Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work

    • Level 2 Award for Personal License Holders

    • Level 2 Food Safety in Catering

    • Level 2 Asbestos Awareness

    • Duke of Edinburgh Award


  • Fully funded licensing such as

    • CITB Test & CSCS Green Card

    • Theory Test

    • Provisional Driving License

    • DBS Checks for Employment


  • Fully Funded Employability Support such as

    • Job Application Support

    • Interview Prep

    • CV Writing

    • Interview Clothing

    • Transport Costs

    • Access to over 80 online work relevant training courses


  • Mental Health & Wellness Support such as

    • Support workers providing pastoral support

    • Mentoring

    • Specialist mental health counselling


  • Work Experience such as

    • Environmental projects

    • Volunteering work placements

    • Community projects


  • Educational & Essential Skills Support such as

    • Numeracy Skills

    • Literacy Skills

    • IT/Digital Literacy Skills

    • Support for participants with additional learning needs


  • Aged 16+

  • Unemployed

  • Living in Blaenau Gwent
